Saturday's girls only classes are great! I'm really enjoying teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! I couldn't help myself- I had to dress Estella up in her little gi to take some photos! She's got a strong little grip so I'm sure she'll be a great little BJJ fighter. And I think she's got a little bit of attitude to go with it! Hehe... too cute!

our date

Last week we went on a family date to Richmond. We had a nice meal. I ate quail. I don't think I've had it before so I gave it a go. Nice! Different! (It beat Hogs Breath for sure!) And Minol only had good things to say about his meal so thumbs up! We then got some yummo cheese cake and fruit flan to take home for dessert. And of course we had to take little Minol to feed the ducks except big Minol ended up feeding the ducks while little Minol ate the bread and ran around chasing the ducks. Stella was just Stella and was a happy little munchkin the whole time!

Love it when Minol plays with Estella! "Ooooh, Stewa" he says, goes goo goo gaaa, has a little conversation, gives her kisses and lately offers his fingers for her to suck. It's all lovely until she grabs hold of him and doesn't let go! This play time ended in tears. Estella grabbed his hair and he screamed! Haha. Go Estella!

I found it absolutely hilarious today... ok, so Minol decides to take us (Minol Jr, Estella and I) to eat at Hogs Breath for lunch. We get there, walk in and wait a few minutes to be seated. The girl comes up to us and says "So, three and a pram"... Minol and I are like "yeah". She takes us over to a table where we sit down and gives us our three menu's. Ok, so one for me, one for Minol and oh, there you go little Minol, take a look and tell us what you want to order today. Wish I'd gotten a photo of him sitting at the table holding up the menu. Um, HELLO, little 2 year old doesn't quiiiiiiite count as a whole 1 person who needs menu. So yeah, I found that quite amusing! Will definitely not eat there again, not when Minol can make a steak a million times tastier and a million times cheaper! That's the trouble having a husband from Brazil who can cook. It's very hard to find places to eat where we can walk away WITHOUT him saying "I can make better" or sometimes he even says "my wife can make better"...hehe. And that's all I have to say about that!

last night

Estella slept through the night last night. This is about the third time. Good girl. I'm still trying to get her and Minol to coordinate their good nights. But I have to say, even though Minol came sneaking into his favourite spot between Daddy and I at 4 in the morning, his little "Mumma..." "What?!" "Lub you" made it all worth while!

belated easter pics

Just a few pics from our fun Easter hunt at the Botanical Gardens. As always it's a big hit for the kiddies! Just as everyone was leaving Minol took off up one of the hills with Livy. I had to dump Estella and do a runner up the hill after them as they headed out of sight. I love these pics of them holding hands! Livy was such a good little help guiding Minol back up to the car!
